For India

Delivery time is usually takes
  • 1-5 business days in Urban regions within India. (This region consists of cities and towns in India that are served by major courier companies and Indian postal service)
  • 5-7 business days for rest of India. (This consists of regions that are only served by Indian Postal Service and regional courier companies)

We ship in all parts of India. We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders and Cash on Delivery orders above Rs.1200. For any order with a value less than Rs 1200, a flat fee of Rs 40 is levied.

For International orders

  • We offer international shipping, which typically takes 10-15 business days. All deliveries must be signed for. If you cannot be present, an alternative recipient should be arranged. Livfancy is not liable for orders signed by an alternative person.
  • Shipping fees will be calculated based on your location and displayed during the checkout process.
If an order gets misplaced or is not delivered to the address mentioned, please reach out to our support team within 7 days from the estimated delivery date. Livfancy takes no responsibility for any such missing item query post the above-mentioned period. 

Proof of Delivery

Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery and this proof would be considered as a confirmation of receipt at your end. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery, please suggest an alternative i.e., a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc.

Livfancy takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.

 

Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

We want you to love what you ordered! But if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help. Our return policy is designed to be as easy and stress-free as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about returns and exchanges.

We accept returns for items purchased on Livfancy.com that are unworn and unwashed with all original tags and packaging within 7 days of purchase. If you’ve changed your mind or your item doesn’t fit quite right, you can return it to us for a full refund or store credit.

1. How to Return

  • Make sure the item is unworn, unwashed, and still has the original tags attached.
  • Pack the item securely in the original packaging.
  • Give the package to the delivery executive when they arrive.

2. Exchanges

Need a different size or color? No problem! We’re happy to exchange your item for another size, color, or style. Just make sure to follow the return instructions above, and once we receive your returned item, we’ll send out your exchange right away.

If the exchange item is out of stock, you can either choose something else or opt for return.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note, it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

4. Shipping Costs

We have got you back, there are no return shipping costs. We’re happy to cover shipping costs for exchanges!

5. Non-Returnable Items

Following items are non-returnable:

  • Final sale items
  • Clearance sale items
  • All international orders are non-returnable

6. Replacement

If you received a wrong order or defective or damaged item, please reach out to our support team within 7 days of delivery. The replacement will be shipped only if available in stock.
