1. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods for all purchases:
    • Credit and Debit Cards: Visa, RuPay, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and other major cards.
    • Digital Wallets: PayPal, MobiKwik, FreeCharge, Airtel money
    • Net Banking: For major banks.
    • UPI
    • Cash on Delivery: Available only for select locations.
    2. Payment Security
    Your privacy and security are very important to us. All transactions are processed using secure encryption technologies to protect your personal and payment information. We work with trusted payment gateways to ensure secure transactions.
      3. Order Confirmation
      Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation via email / SMS/ WhatsApp message, including details of your purchase and shipping information. If you do not receive a confirmation, please check your spam or junk folder, or contact our customer support team.
        4. Payment Processing
        Payment will be processed at the time of purchase. In case of any issues with payment processing (e.g., insufficient funds or an incorrect card number), your order will not be confirmed, and you will be notified to provide an alternative payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, payment must be made to the delivery executive.
          5. Refunds and Cancellations
          If you wish to cancel your order or request a refund, please refer to our Refund and Return Policy for details on how we handle these situations. In most cases, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. If order is cancelled, after the payment has been processed, the amount will be reversed / remitted to the Buyer after the receipt of all the Products in order to us in original condition in case the dispatch has been made. The said amount, if any, will be reversed / remitted to the Buyer either to the bank account provided by the Buyer for such reversal, or to the payment instrument of the Buyer from which payment was made, or to any pre-paid payment instrument account of the Buyer. Livfancy shall have the sole discretion to determine the mode of reversal. We reserve the right to refuse the refund to the buyer in case damaged / worn /untagged goods are returned to us.
            6. Taxes and Additional Fees
            Prices shown on our website include applicable GST (India) or shipping fees, unless otherwise stated. Additional fees will be calculated during the checkout process based on your shipping address.
              7. International Orders
              For international orders, the buyer is responsible for any additional customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with shipping to their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price and will be determined by the customs office in the destination country.
                8. Payment Disputes
                In case of a payment dispute, please contact our customer service team immediately. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and fairly.
                  9. Fraud Prevention
                  We reserve the right to cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent activity. Any suspicious or unauthorized transactions will be investigated, and we may ask for additional verification before processing the order.
