Shipping Policy

1. How long does delivery take for orders within India?
    • Urban regions: Delivery usually takes 1-5 business days (cities and towns served by major courier companies and Indian Postal Service).
    • Rest of India: Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days (regions served by Indian Postal Service and regional couriers).

      2. Do you offer free shipping?
      Yes! We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders and Cash on Delivery orders above Rs. 1200. For orders below Rs. 1200, a flat shipping fee of Rs. 40 applies.

      3. Do you ship internationally?
      Yes, we offer international shipping to limited countries, which typically takes 10-15 business days. Shipping fees are calculated during checkout based on your location.

      4. What happens if my international order is not delivered?
      If your order is misplaced or not delivered within the estimated delivery time, please contact our support team within 15 days of the estimated delivery date. We are not responsible for missing items after this period.

      5. Do I need to sign for my delivery?
      Yes, all deliveries require a signature as proof of receipt. If you are unavailable to sign, please arrange for an alternative recipient (e.g., a family member, colleague, or neighbour). We are not responsible for items signed by anyone other than the recipient.

       

        Return, Refund, and Replacement Policy

        1. What is your return policy?
        We accept returns for unworn, unwashed items with original tags and packaging within 7 days of purchase. You can return items for a full refund or store credit. International orders cannot be returned.

        2. How can I return an item?

          • Ensure the item is unworn, unwashed, and has the original tags attached.
          • Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
          • Hand the package to the delivery executive for return.

            3. Can I exchange my item for a different size or color?
            Yes! If you need a different size, color, or style, you can exchange your item. Please follow the return process, and we’ll send out the replacement once the return is received. If the exchange item is out of stock, you can either choose another item or opt for a return.

            4. How are refunds processed?
            Once we receive and verify your returned item, we will process a refund to the original payment method. Refunds may take 5-7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

            5. Do I have to pay for return shipping?
            No, we cover the cost of return shipping for exchanges and returns.

            6. Are there any items that cannot be returned?
            Yes, the following items are non-returnable:

              • Final sale items
              • Clearance sale items
              • All international orders

              7. What should I do if I received a damaged or wrong item?
              If you received a wrong or damaged item, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery. We will process a replacement, after inspection, if the item is in stock.

              8. Can I cancel my order?
              You can cancel your order without any charges before the order has been delivered. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

                  • UPI
                  • Cash on Delivery: Available only for select locations.

                    2. How secure is my payment?
                    We prioritize your privacy and security. All transactions are processed using secure encryption technologies to protect your personal and payment information.

                    3. Will I receive a confirmation after placing an order?
                    Yes! Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation via email, SMS, or WhatsApp, including purchase and shipping details. If you do not receive a confirmation, please check your spam folder or contact our customer support team.

                    4. What happens if my payment is not processed correctly?
                    If there are issues with payment (e.g., insufficient funds or an incorrect card number), your order will not be confirmed, and you will be notified to provide an alternative payment method.

                    5. How are refunds processed?
                    Refunds are typically processed to the original payment method. If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, the amount will be refunded either to your bank account, the payment method used, or a pre-paid payment instrument. The mode of reversal will be at our discretion.

                    6. Are there any additional fees for international orders?
                    For international orders, the buyer is responsible for any additional customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with shipping to their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price and will be determined by the customs office of the destination country.
